In the fourth quarter of 2024, the travel and local apps sector in Kuwait saw varied performance trends across the top five applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated distinct patterns in downloads and active user engagement.

Wego - Flights, Hotels, Travel started the quarter with 3.2K weekly downloads, which gradually increased to over 4.7K by the end of December. The app maintained a stable user base, with active users rising from 18.9K to just over 20K, indicating a consistent growth trend.

TaxiF - A Better Way to Ride experienced a fluctuating download pattern, starting at 2.8K and peaking at 5.4K in the final week of the quarter. The app's active user numbers also showed a positive trajectory, climbing from 15.9K to 20.8K.

Qatar Airways saw an initial surge in downloads in mid-October at 2.2K, followed by a dip and then a rise again to 2.2K by the end of December. Active users showed a similar wave-like pattern, peaking at 4.9K in October and ending the quarter at 4.7K.
